OVERVIEW

  • Our Registered Energy Manager (REM) – Type 1 Course is a comprehensive 5-day training program designed to equip professionals with the skills and knowledge to effectively manage energy resources in medium-sized facilities. The course prepares participants for REM Type 1 certification under Malaysia’s Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act (EECA), targeting facilities with annual energy consumption between 21,600 GJ/year and 50,000 GJ/year.

  • Participants will gain expertise in energy management principles, efficiency strategies, regulatory compliance, and financial analysis of energy projects, as required by Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia (ST). The program includes a certification examination, ensuring participants are fully prepared to register as Certified REM Type 1 professionals.

  • Ideal for facility managers, engineers, energy auditors, consultants, and policymakers, this course empowers participants to conduct energy audits, implement energy-saving measures (ESMs), and develop energy management initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Join us to expand your expertise, achieve certification, and contribute to sustainable energy practices in Malaysia.
