Synopsis

This intensive 1-day course provides participants with practical Project Management capabilities required to successfully deliver complex cross-border EPCIC projects.
Built on globally recognized Project Management (PMP) principles, the course uses the Chad–Cameroon Pipeline Project (USD 3.7 Billion) as a real-world case study to bridge the gap between theory and execution.

Our speaker

Ir. Uni Krishnan Kannan
He is a Chartered Engineer with over 40 years of international Oil & Gas experience, spanning the full project lifecycle from design to decommissioning. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Instrumentation & Systems Engineering and an MBA in Strategic Management & Finance (UK), and is a PEPC-registered Professional Engineer with BEM, as well as a member of IEM, the Engineering Council (UK), and ISA. His senior EPCIC leadership roles across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa include notable involvement in the USD 3.7 billion Chad–Cameroon Pipeline Project. Now an independent consultant, he specialises in project governance and risk management, and delivers practical, case-based training drawn from real-world international project experience.
