Course Overview
This workshop offers an in-depth look at the challenges, risks, and practical lessons from managing large-scale overseas EPCIC oil and gas projects, using the Chad-Cameroon Pipeline Project as a case study. Participants will explore complex issues related to project supervision in remote geographies, cross-cultural collaboration, multilingual communication, geopolitical instability, and project execution logistics. Key elements of cost control, stakeholder management, and design verification from afar will also be discussed. This session equips professionals with insights into real-world challenges and how to proactively manage them for successful overseas project execution.
