OVERVIEW

SYNOPSIS

In the construction Industry, stakeholders including clients, consultants, contractors and regulatory authorities aim to deliver project successfully, focusing on scope, cost, time, quality and essential aspects of safety, health and the environment.
However, many recent projects have faced challenges such as delays, extensions of time, unforeseen circumstances, scope and design changes, cost overruns and quality issues. These issues often lead to disputed around job scope interpretation, work quality, progress claims, extension requests and contract clauses, frequently resulting in arbitration or legal actions.
This course addresses why these issues arise and provides startegies for effective contract management ti mitigate these challenges. It is essential for stakeholders to understand contract management principles in relation to project scope, cost, time, quality, safety, health, and environmenta standards to ensure successful project execution.

• FULL PAYMENT must be settled before commencement of the course, otherwise participants will not be allowed to enter the hall. If a place is reserved and the intended participants fail to attend the course, the fee is to be settled in full.

Cancellation Policy
 
IEMTA reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, allocate or cancel the course. Full refund less 30% if cancellation is received in writing more than 7 days before the start of the event. No cancellation will be accepted prior to the date of the event. However, replacement or substitute may be made at any time with prior notification and substitute will be charged according to membership status.
