SPEAKERS

Ms. Ann Moore, AVEVA Global Industry Principal - Power &Utilies
Ann is currently the Industry Principal for Power & Utilities at AVEVA. She previously held key roles at OSIsoft, including Business Development Executive and Director of Industry and Market Principals.
​She worked closely with global energy companies to optimize enterprise data infrastructure. With six years spent in China as Director of Regional Development for Greater China and India, she played a vital role in expanding OSIsoft’s business across Asia. Prior to joining OSIsoft in 2006, Ann worked at San Diego Gas & Electric (a Sempra Energy company) in Energy Management and Grid Operations. She holds a master’s degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Ir Chin Lee Tuck, Brunei
As a leading advocate for science-based policy and sustainability, Ir. Chin Lee Tuck brings extensive experience in the engineering community, notably serving as Vice President of the Engineers Division of Pertubuhan Ukur, Jurutera dan Arkitek (PUJA) Brunei.
His contributions to the ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organisations (CAFEO) conference, the Crown Prince CIPTA Award 2023, and the ASEAN Engineering Digital Transformation Summit highlight his leadership in advancing sustainable development and technological innovation. With expertise in sustainable energy, environmental stewardship, and regional cooperation, Ir. Chin Lee Tuck’s insights have consistently driven impactful progress in both local and regional contexts.

Dr. Phongton Tharachai, Thailand
With over 20 years of experience in civil engineering and infrastructure development, Dr. Phongton Tharachai has successfully led major projects in Thailand, including the MRT Blue Line and Bangkok Expressway.
As CEO of PPS Group and Joint Managing Director of PPS One Works, he has been instrumental in integrating Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology into the construction industry, driving innovation and improving project efficiency.
Dr. Phongton’s expertise in project management, sustainable infrastructure, and the adoption of advanced technologies has made him a key leader in ASEAN’s energy transition. His contributions to advancing clean energy solutions and resilient infrastructure practices have positioned him as a valuable asset to regional development, particularly in driving sustainable engineering practices across the region.

Habibie Razak, Indonesia
As the Regional Director of Energy at Surbana Jurong Group and the Chairman of Civil Engineering College, The Institution of Engineers Indonesia (BKS PII), Ir. Habibie Razak brings extensive expertise in energy, infrastructure, and sustainability.
His leadership in advancing renewable energy systems, energy-efficient technologies, and the integration of digital tools like Building Information Modeling (BIM) in construction has significantly contributed to sustainable infrastructure development across Southeast Asia. Ir. Habibie’s advocacy for the development of future-ready engineers further aligns with the goals of driving clean energy adoption and resilient infrastructure, making his contributions invaluable to regional energy transitions.


Prof. Datin Lorela Chia, Founding President, Malaysia Association of Sustainable Supply Chain & Innovation
Prof. Datin Lorela Chia is the Founding President of the Malaysia Association of Sustainable Supply Chain & Innovation (MASSCI) and a recognised leader in sustainability and innovation.
She also serves as Vice President I of the Machinery & Engineering Industries Federation and Industry Professor at Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur (IUKL), where she supports industry-academia collaboration. Prof. Lorela frequently speaks on topics at the intersection of sustainability, technology, and supply chain innovation.

Ir. Prof. Dr. Tan Chee Fai, IEM Vice President & IEMTA Executive Director Moderator
Ir. Prof. Dr Tan Chee Fai is the Executive Director of IEM Training Academy (IEMTA) holds a PhD in Industrial Design Engineering from TU/e, Netherlands.
He is is a registered Professional Engineer (PEng, MIEM) with multiple international credentials including Dutch Engineer (ir.), ASEAN Engineer, APEC Engineer, and International Professional Engineer. His professional expertise spans mechanical engineering, road transport engineering, industrial design engineering, integrated systems design, CAD/CAM/CAE, and expert systems.
