OVERVIEW

SYNOPSIS

This course is designed to provide participants with knowledge and the leadership skills needed to prioritize governance issues in the dynamic and challenging financial enviroment. Through case studies, hands-on workshops and group discussions, participants will be prepared to manage bribery and corruption effectively on any clean operation.

​THE TRAINER
Ts. Ahmad Azhar Bin Wagiran is a Professional Technologist in the field of Aerospace & Aeronautical AV. He holds a bachelor in Aeronautical Engineering from Wichita State University, Kansas, USA. He not only has expertise in Aerospace & Aeronautical AV but he also has a lot of experience as an Auditor. He has a certified QMS ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 45001: 2018, ISO 14001: 2015, ISO 27001: 2018 trainer and consultants: SIRIM and ISO 9001: 2015 auditor; 2014 PSV. Other than that, he has also been as consultants and Assessor for Total Quality Management (APO), Consultants and Assessor program Business Excellence Framework (BEF); MPC, Industry Advisory Panel (IAP) for Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, UiTM Shah Alam, Selangor and Technical Advisory Council (TAC): Advance ADTEC (Shah Alam).

OBJECTIVES

• This course provides participants with the essential knowledge and practical skills to develop, implement and manage an Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) in line with ISO 37001 standards.
• Through interactive discussions, case studies and hands-on workshops, participants will learn to assess bribery risks.
• To establish anti-bribery policies and ensure continuous improvement in compliance efforts.

COURSE OUTCOME
Upon completion, participants will:

• Understand the fundamental elements of ISO 37001:2016 standards for ABMS.
• Conduct bribery risk assessments and manage associated third-party risks effectively.
• Gain practical experience n drafting, implementing and refining anti-bribery policies. 
• Develop a structured approach to monitor, review and continuously improve ABMS within their organization.

• Closing date: one week before the event
• Payment via CASH / CHEQUE / BANK-IN TRANSMISSION / WALK-IN
• FULL PAYMENT must be settled before commencement of the course, otherwise participants will not be allowed to enter the hall. If a place is reserved and the intended participants fail to attend the course, the fee is to be settled in full.
• Fee paid is not refundable. Registration fee includes lecture notes and refreshment.
• IEM Training Academy Sdn Bhd (IEMTA) reserves the right to cancel, alter, or change the program due to unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to inform the registered participants of any changes. In view of the limited places available, intending participants are advised to send their registrations as early as possible so as to avoid disappointment.
• Please be informed that the course will only be carried out if there is sufficient number of participants. The confirmation or cancellation email will be sent to the registered email address one or two weeks before the event dates.

 
Cancellation Policy
 
IEMTA reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, allocate or cancel the course. Full refund less 30% if cancellation is received in writing more than 7 days before the start of the event. No cancellation will be accepted prior to the date of the event. However, replacement or substitute may be made at any time with prior notification and substitute will be charged according to membership status.
