Earthworks, building business management, trainer (IKRAM/SIDC/Govt/Private/IUB), NOSS/SME Corp Expert Panelist; JPK-KSM Expert Trainer, UiTM Industry Paneland Member, Association of Construction Manager.

EXPERIENCE
Engineer with PWD (1977-1983) in building, roadworks, water supply, sewerage, maintenance, workshop and earthworks. Government Housing Company (1983 - 1991) Handling Mixed Development, Commercial Development, Project and construction management, Design, Tender, Planning, Monitoring control and project auditing. Partner Consulting Engineer (1991 - 1994), MD Consulting Engineer (1994 - 2010), Consulting Engineer - trainer (Principal 2010 till to-date) Senior Lecturer (INTI, Nilai).
Synopsis
In the Construction industry, all the stakeholders such as Clients/ Consultants/ Contractors/ Authorities involved in projects aspire that they are successfully implemented based on scope, cost, time , quality and safety , health and environmental.
However, of late there are projects that are experiencing delays , low quality output, cost overrun , standards that are of low quality, abandonment , extended time, frequent scope changes , multiple variation orders , unexpected circumstances, mishaps at site which are fatal at times, negative environmental impacts , traffic nuisances and accidents and also failures.

Why are all these happenings?
Thus, it is imperative that stakeholders grasp and understand the knowledge on the construction project management and it's relation to scope, cost, time, quality and safety, health and environment. This is ensure that the project can be implemented successfully.

  8. To share knowledge & experience with participants on the importance of WBS (work breakdown structure)
  9. To share knowledge & experience with participants on the importance of meetings, site diary and duties.
  10. To share knowledge & experience with participants their level of knowledge &  understanding on construction project management by conducting group  class exercise.

  • IEM Training Academy Sdn Bhd (IEMTA) reserves the right to cancel, alter, or change the program due to unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to inform the registered participants of any changes. 
  • Please be informed that the event will only be carried out if there is sufficient number of participants. The confirmation or cancellation email will be sent to the registered email address one or two weeks before the event dates.
 Cancellation Policy
 IEMTA reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, allocate or cancel the course. Full refund less 30% if cancellation is received in writing more than 7 days before the start of the event. No cancellation will be accepted prior to the date of the event. However, replacement or substitute may be made at any time with prior notification and substitute will be charged according to membership status.
